Client: CDC National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention & Division of Adolescent and School Health
Working with the CDC’s National Center for HIV, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and Tuberculosis Prevention (NCHHSTP), as well as the Division of Adolescent and School Health, I developed a series of long-form reports and booklets that balanced scientific accuracy with clear, accessible design. These pieces tackled complex public health topics and were created to be easily understood by diverse audiences, including policymakers, educators, clinicians, and the general public. I did this by blending CDC brand standards with visual strategies that brought the data to life, using layout, hierarchy, and thoughtful infographics to drive comprehension without sacrificing engagement or readability. Several of these booklets were available for digital as well as print (on CDC-INFO for free) so designs had to be made for both formats.
